Mr. Breese brings to Katipult extensive leadership experience in business software and a proven track record of driving transformative growth and building value at high growth tech firms including ServiceMax, SAP, Business Objects, Apple and Oracle. He was part of the leadership team that took Pivotal Software public and played a key role in expanding Business Objects' global footprint, prior to its acquisition by SAP.

Mr. Murray is a Co-Founder of Katipult and held the position of CEO prior to Mr. Breese. Under Mr. Murray’s leadership the company entered 20 unique regulatory environments, successfully completed a public listing, attracted enterprise customers such as ATB Financial. Prior to Katipult, Mr. Murray co-founded award winning custom development firm JOI Media, and was an institutional equity research analyst at a leading research firm.

Mr. Meas is a Co-Founder of Katipult and manages operations and UI/UX of the product. Under Mr. Meas’ stewardship the Katipult platform has developed and maintained its reputation as a robust, cutting edge software infrastructure. Prior to Katipult, Mr. Meas co-founded award winning custom development firm JOI Media, and was the Lead Interface Designer of e-learning company ICOM Productions.

Mr. Cadieux has been instrumental since 2014 in being the architect of the award-winning Katipult Platform and in leading technical development of the platform. Mr. Cadieux obtained a Diploma of Computer Information Systems minoring in IT Security at the University of Fraser Valley, and has over 12+ years experience creating secure, scalable software solutions.

Mr. Nemes is a 20+ year product design, product management, and leadership veteran who will be responsible for developing a strong product culture, product team, and for driving product vision and strategy. He has held lead design and leadership roles with companies including SMART Technologies and General Dynamics. His products are currently in use in classrooms, board rooms, hospitals, clinics and military vehicles throughout North America and the world.

Mr. Teja (CPA, CGA) has more than 15 years of diversified financial business experience, and has held senior positions in rapidly growing technology companies in the medical, environmental and financial sectors. Mr. Teja has extensive experience in public company management, financings, investor relations, mergers and acquisitions, and securities and exchange regulations.

Mr. Shapiro practiced corporate law in the United Kingdom for one of London's leading commercial law firms before pursuing a 25-year career in investment banking. Formerly worked at HSBC Investment Bank, advising a range of public and private corporations on capital markets issues, corporate strategy and M&A.
Audit Committee Chair & Independent Director
Mr. Dawson spent more than eight years with Match Group (NASDAQ:MTCH) where he held multiple leadership positions including CFO, Dating, VP Finance, and Director of Finance. His prior experience also includes ten years of leadership experience with American Airlines, Airband Communications, and PriceWaterhouseCoopers.
Compensation Committee Chair & Independent Director
Mr. Craig is a former CEO of Solium Capital Inc. ("Solium"), and had been instrumental in transforming Solium (TSX: SUM) from its early stages to its sale to Morgan Stanley in 2019 for $1.1 billion. Brian invests in many early-stage companies, including energy and technology start-ups. Brian has gained board and audit committee experience at several public and privately held companies.
Mr. Sharpe was Corporate Secretary of Solium Capital Inc from 2011 until its sale to Morgan Stanley in 2019 for $1.1 billion. Mr. Sharpe was Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of Richardson Partners Financial Limited, an independent wealth management firm. Mr. Sharpe was Vice-President, Head of Canada Compliance at CIBC and was also the Director of Compliance and Corporate Secretary of RBC Dominion Securities Inc.
