Canaccord Genuity Group Inc, Canada's largest investment dealer with approximately 2,300 employees and AUM of C$72.8 billion, entered into a multi-year software license agreement and strategic co-marketing agreement with Katipult, enabling them to access to Katipult's software for deployment across its wealth management and capital markets businesses.
Katipult will provide Canaccord Genuity with a cloud-based platform that will enable the execution of capital raising and related services in a secure digital environment. This agreement also fosters ongoing collaboration between Katipult and Canaccord Genuity to support the continued advancement of Katipult's digital solutions, in support of Katipult's ambitions of becoming a leading global provider of capital markets software infrastructure.
